Clear Directing Skills

Assist the person in charge for event in stations to ensure the smooth
function of customers and managing crowd
Assist customers, security and Station Masters when the service is in degraded and emergency modes, including station evacuations and out
of course events
- Ensure that passengers receive the best information and customer service at all times

Carry out any other task or work assigned by the Station Master/ person in charge for Events

**QHSE accountabilities Required core skills and experience**
Promote a positive Quality, Health and Safety, Environment driven culture always in the workplace and attend any related meetings/briefings as required within the job role
- I In conjunction with the HSE&CSR Manager, ensure that all incidents including 'near misses' are properly reported and recorded to determine the root causes
- Ensure that all potential risks that may come from performed activities are identified and mitigated and ensure that employees, contractors and visitors are aware of health and safety procedures and any relevant legislation.

Be mindful that Health and Safety, Quality, Security and Environmental is everyone's responsibility and as such All staff members are accountable for reporting and intervening in Health and Safety, Quality, Security and Environmental violations

1-2 vears' experience in world class customer service environment
- Experience in any Events & Crowd management will be an advantage
- Highly motivated to deliver a worid class service
- Proven ability to achieve sustainable results and take hands-on

approach
- Demonstrate the ability to meet standards to meet the customers' Irrorations Strong people facing and communication skills Highly motivated team player with sound customer service skills
- Handles difficult and emergency situations well and in a calm manner
- Handles challenging customer Interactions in a professional and calm manner
- Thinks like a customer in everything they do at work
- Fluent in English and ideally Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational and Professional # High School diploma preferable

**Qualifications**:
