Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of events and exhibitions projects. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, well-connected in Qatar, and has proven experience in

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets in the events & exhibitions sector.
- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present company services (events, exhibitions, AV, printing, giveaways, production, etc.) to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal project & operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities in Qatar.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings to expand client base.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in
events, exhibitions, or related industries
. - Strong knowledge of the
Qatari market
and well-established client network. - Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in preparation of proposals, memoranda, reports and other correspondence needed for Events.
- Handle phone inquiries in the absence of Director of Events and Events Manager
- Maintain a par stock on supply of updated brochures, flyers and other sales collaterals

As a Sales Executive – Event & Exhibition Space, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to sell and promote event and exhibition spaces, acquire sponsors, and ensure successful event occupancy.

- Sales & Space Bookings

b. Commission Structure
You will be eligible for commission based on the net revenue received from your confirmed and paid bookings.
Monthly Sales Volume (QAR)Commission % on Net Sales
0 – 20,000 QAR = 5%
20,001 – 50,000= 7%
50,001 – 100,000= 9%
Above 100,000 = 12%
Additional Performance Bonuses: Will be shared during hiring ( branding / sponsorship /etc)
Conditions:
- Commission applies only after successful completion of probation (3 months).
- Commission is paid after client payments are received and accounted.
- Cancellations or unpaid invoices are excluded from commission eligibility.
c. Annual Incentives
- Annual Bonus: Equivalent to one month's basic salary based on performance review.
- Event-Specific Incentive: Management may award lump-sum bonuses for major successful events.
4. Working Hours & Days
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
- Timings: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (flexible during event days)
- Weekends or extended hours may be required during events; compensatory offs may be provided.
5. Probation Period
- A probation period of three (3) months will apply from the date of joining.
- During this period, you will receive the fixed salary only.
- Upon successful completion, full commission eligibility begins.
