- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Requirements and skills

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Job Description
We are collaborating with a global investment fund based in Qatar. They are looking for someone to join their Real Estate department within the post-acquisition investment management team. The role’s primary objective is managing existing real estate investments, with a keen focus on local subsidiaries and international investments.
**What the job involves**
- Contribute to the real estate investment strategy, including analysis of historic and forecast returns.
- Review and prepare asset-specific business plans detailing key performance indicators.
- Monitor and report on underlying asset/investment performance.
- Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports for management.
- Liaise with local asset/property managers and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Review valuation models and coordinate with valuation advisers.
- Stay updated on market trends and conduct ongoing market research.
**Who we are looking for**
- Significant real estate experience, including experience in real estate investment management and execution.
- Experience in a leading Real Estate Investment Fund or Real Estate Investment company preferred. Experience in Investment Banks or Real Estate Advisory firms are also considered.
- MENA regional experience is highly advantageous
- High-quality education from a leading university (Bachelor’s degree at a minimum).
- Relevant professional financial qualification (CFA, RICS, Chartered Accountant).
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, communication and presentation skills
