- Manage inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in chemical plant or manufacturing operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/production management systems.

Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities
Shop Floor Management
Supervise day-to-day operations across Welding, Paint Shop, Carpentry, and Finishing Units.
- Ensure optimal workforce allocation to meet production targets.
- Coordinate between teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Maintain strict control over housekeeping and ensure safe, organized, and clean working conditions.
Technical Oversight
Lead and monitor all welding activities: MIG, TIG, Arc, Electric, and Long welding.
- Oversee Paint Shop operations, including spray painting, grinding, majoon (putty), finishing, and final spray application.
- Supervise Wooden Carpentry work, ensuring precision, quality, and timely deliveries.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company SOPs.
Planning & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports using MS Office and ERP tools (if applicable).
- Track material usage, wastage, and downtime; provide recommendations to reduce costs.
Maintain updated production schedules, work allocations, and resource utilization plans.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to ISO standards, internal quality benchmarks, and customer specifications.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, spray painting processes, and wooden carpentry operations.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards and related documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
