Role DescriptionThe Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, and building long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals. The role requires maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, executing field visits effectively, and contributing to the overall growth of the company’s pharmaceutical sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
- Conduct regular field visits to develop strong customer relationships.
- Deliver product presentations and respond to customer inquiries.
- Expand customer base by identifying new doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to engage.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Suggest marketing and promotional activities to improve product visibility.
- Maintain thorough and updated knowledge of product benefits, features, and therapeutic areas.

- Maintain punctuality and consistency in field coverage.

- Requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in pharmaceutical science education.
- 1-3 years’ experience in the same field in GCC
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Computer Knowledge of MS Office & ERP system
- Valid Qatari Driving License is mandatory
- Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa.
