Job Description
**Residence in Qatar with a Valid Driving License.**
**English & Computer Skills.**
**Able to develop rapport with customers, promoting products, demonstrating makeup techniques, meeting sales quotas and tracking inventory**.
**Previous Experience in outdoor sales is an added value.**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing product information, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Greet customers at the store and provide them with information on their required products.
- Lead customers to desired shelves or aisles and assist them in locating products.
- Explain product features and benefits by performing demonstrations and answering any questions that customers may have.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and closing sales.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products being sold, including features, benefits, and pricing, in order to effectively communicate and upsell to customers.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, replenish stock as needed, and ensure product displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Efficiently process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, or other payment methods, while maintaining accuracy and adhering to company policies.
- Assist in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays, arranging products in an appealing manner, and regularly updating signage or promotional materials.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, following up on purchases, and offering post-sales support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals, share product knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Record sales data, generate reports, and contribute to analyzing sales trends to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and safety, to ensure a smooth and professional sales experience.
- Provide information regarding prices and after-sales services and ways in which the latter can be obtained.
- Suggest additional products in a bid to meet the company and self-sales targets.
- Assist customers in making decisions regarding suitable purchases based on their specific likes.
- Lead customers through the payment process by assisting cashiers with discount information and markdowns.
- Oversee wrapping or bagging of purchased items to ensure that they meet the store’s standards and the specific instructions of customers.
- Ensure that customers’ purchases are carried out to their vehicles by instructing baggers to do the needful.
- Make cold calls to new customers in a bid to prospect them for business and meet sales goals.
- Call existing customers to provide them with information on new products or discount options and markdowns.
- Create sales reports, detailing all transactions made in a day for the purpose of informing the management of individual sales progress.
- Oversee the cleanliness and replenishment of shelves according to marketing and sales directives.

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
