A Senior Field Engineer provides technical and engineering support for offshore installation or decommissioning projects and tenders. Reports to the Principal Operations Engineer and is involved throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.

• Preparation of Installation Procedures: Develop installation procedures per internal guidelines; procedures must detail methods, sequence of work, installation aids, and consumables needed.
• Risk Assessment and Communication: Actively engage in project Task Risk Assessments and implement findings.
• Technical Recommendations: Suggest improvements to technical details and drawings.
• Document Management: Review project drawings and documents, report discrepancies to the Principal Operations Engineer; maintain project files in compliance with project requirements.
• Loadout and Transportation Planning: Create loadout and sea fastening plans for safe and timely material/structure transportation; prepare material lists and coordinate with the Procurement Coordinator for procurement needs.
• Marine Operations Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for field personnel regarding engineering challenges; prepare/review method statements and oversee construction timelines and budgets.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Engineering, particularly offshore.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is advantageous.
• Ability to work offshore on a rotational basis (minimum 60 to 90 days).

Job Overview:

The Associate Field Engineer utilizes existing Field Engineering procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
