Sendian Group is seeking 2 experienced ELV Field Supervisors with strong domain knowledge in CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Structured Cabling Systems. The ideal candidates should be ready to join immediately and handle site operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all ELV site activities including assembling, installation, and testing of CCTV and ACS systems
  • Interpret and implement technical drawings and redline markings
  • Perform termination, dressing, labeling, and fluke testing
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project timelines
  • Diagnose system errors and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Prepare daily progress reports
  • Manage stock, material receipt, and site-level inventory

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ELV systems, particularly CCTV and Access Control

Supervise Fiber Optic cable installation and splicing works.

Supervise installation of Fire Alarm Control Panels, Repeater Panels and Mimic Panels.

Supervise installation of Control junction boxes and Panels.

Good knowledge in reading and understanding Equipment Layout drawings.

Overall coordination with Mechanical works, HVAC works, Fire alarm & Loss prevention system works, Building Services works and etc.

Cable termination and Loop checking.

Co-ordinate pre-commissioning activities and assist during commissioning of facilities.

Initiate Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCC), Hand Over Certificate (HOC), Acceptance Certificate (AC), and facilitate the issuance of Project Completion & Discharge Certificates.

Witness SAT pre commissioning activities for equipment.

Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments. Reports to supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions.

Sign work permits on behalf of client and to ensure that contractor’s compliance with work permits.

Participate in development of as-built drawings/documentation.

Prepare Punch list for finished work prior to hand over to client by contractor by paying special attention to all EHV equipment including Quality checks.

Works closely with other client Construction Supervisors (Mech / Elec).

Report to client Senior Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement.

Accountable for supervising contractor’s work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems and preventing accidents occurring as a result of negligence, by enforcing client safety standards on the work site.

Liaise and report with the QC Inspector on quality related matters.

Liaise with the HSE Supervisor on safety related matters.

Inspect construction works and materials in accordance with project quality plans and inspection & test plans (ITPs).

Co-ordinate with concerned and End User parties to resolve site issues and refer technical queries to senior construction supervisor and project engineer.

Review contractors’ construction plans and schedules including method statements and JSAs.
