Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial Manager to lead the financial (outsourced), administrative, and procurement functions for a major Operation and Maintenance joint venture with an annual turnover of approximately 400 MQAR. The manager will play a critical role during the start-up phase of the project and throughout its operational lifecycle, helping to structure the joint venture’s financial governance, establish robust financial processes, manage the financial supplier and information systems, and support strategic and operational decision-making.
