Key Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry work for fit-out projects, including cutting, assembling, and installing wooden structures, fixtures, and fittings.
• Perform detailed joinery and fine finishing work to achieve premium quality results.
• Prepare surfaces and apply finishes including sanding, staining, varnishing, and painting.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Design Manager to lead our fit-out projects in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire design process for commercial and residential fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and adhere to local regulations.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the design process for fit-out projects, from concept to completion
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards in Qatar
• Present design concepts and progress reports to clients and stakeholders
• Implement quality control measures throughout the design and execution phases
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
• Strong project management skills with experience in budget management and team leadership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
