- Establish systems to monitor, evaluate, and continually upskill GX staff through workshops, certifications, and performance reviews.

- Drive member engagement, satisfaction, and retention through innovative programming and outstanding class experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and membership teams to promote GX offerings and drive participation.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational reports for the GX department.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years' managerial experience in a fitness and wellness company, specifically in group fitness operations.

Key Responsibilities
Household Management
- Oversee and manage all household staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
