Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth functioning
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished

Job Description

• Machine Operation: Operate Beam Saw machines to cut wood, MDF, chipboard, or other materials as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Setup and adjustments: Set up the machine, adjust saw blades, speed and feed rates for different materials and job requirements.
• Quality control: Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the machine operates efficiently
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of materials used, production output, and machine performance
• Collaboration: Work with Team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in operating beam saw or similar machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of different materials and their properties
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
