Job Description

The role requires coordinating and managing the operations and activities of the specific outlet, ranging from day-to-day operational activities to financial procedures with the objective of providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth running of the outlet operations.

Achieve Outlet operational objectives by providing information and making recommendations for strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine system improvements; implement change. Manage staff and provide them with feedback, maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety, attend and participate in departmental meetings as scheduled.

Other Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
- Maximize the outlet profitability by upselling and monitoring accuracy of charges.
- Maintain ambiance by controlling cleanliness and service in the outlet.
- Oversee F& B activities (cocktail reception, conference, banqueting and outside catering) as assigned by the Asst. Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff, colleagues and all other departments. Always provide a courteous and professional service.
- Handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to Senior Management if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
- Strong communication skills with good active listening skills.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Floor Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising room attendants to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Floor Supervisor will also be required to assist the head housekeeper and monitor standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Supervise Room Attendants
- Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members
- Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members
