Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day guest service and operational activities at the beach facility. The Floor Supervisor will ensure smooth service delivery, staff coordination, and adherence to hospitality standards, creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable beach experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

·   Supervise daily operations across designated beach areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and high-quality guest service.

·   Monitor the performance of lifeguards, housekeeping, and service staff on shift.

·   Support the Beach Manager in coordinating F&B operations, guest relations, and activity areas.

Qualifications & Skills

·   Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

·   Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

·   Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
