Job Description
We are looking to hire the **Service Supervisor** work with our company for a potential contract with a major Healthcare facility based in Qatar.
- Minimum Four years’ experience as a Service Supervisor with Guest Houses, Clubs, Lodging and Boarding, Institutes, Hospitals, Weddings & Functions Catering Contractor.
- Minimum of one-year experience in General Hospitals/clinics or any Healthcare facilities is an advantage.
- Good presentation & verbal communication in English and any other language is a plus.
**Main Job Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, follow
- up and validate duty roaster and time sheet.
- To ensure that the portioned meals are served using agreed HMC specifications.
- Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
- Train workers in service, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Directly supervise and coordinates activities of waiters engaged in serving food.
- Responsible for filling of ward pantries supplies such maintaining highest standards of service to client.
- Fully assist in food service, clearance, and store cleanliness.
- Self-development in service systems and methods used.
- Have full menu knowledge of food being served at site.
- Buffet set up and food pickup (A la’carte and Table d hote’)
- Buffet table frilling and Theme set up
- Daily store requisition and pickup for the department.
- Ensure dining and related work areas are kept clean and hygienic.
- To report and where possible take action in relation to any incident, fire accident, loss or damage
