  • LiDAR scanning at client facilities
  • Processing LiDAR scans into point clouds & 3D Models
  • Extraction of data from 3D models generated in any major 3D authoring software packages
  • Data cleansing of extracted model data and updating models
  • Appending progress measurement attributes and data back into 3D models
  • 3D model attribute analysis and reporting
  • Implementation, administration and maintenance of quantity control systems and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, and forecasts for projects of medium and high complexity and value through clients' 3D models
  • Preparation and review of cost estimate quantities in comparison to 3D models
  • Provide quantity information to support client decision making
  • Provide forecasts, trending and quantity analysis
