The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.

• Quantity Surveying of mechanical systems and preparation of quotation.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
• Prepare and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) and Request for Information (RFIs).
• Review, prepare, and modify shop drawings and as-built drawings as per site conditions.
• Assign daily tasks to technicians and site foremen, and monitor their productivity and quality of work.
• Coordinate with other trades (electrical, civil, etc.) to resolve site clashes and ensure seamless installation.
• Ensure compliance with Kahramaa, QCDD, and relevant local authority regulations.
• Conduct material inspections and raise material submittals.
