Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM implementation and integration, including MM/WM migration and barcode system setup
• Manage EWM processes related to packaging, including serial number handling, packaging specifications, and VAS
• Prepare detailed documentation for configured workflows, processes, and user guides
• Create functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements
• Support project planning and monitor progress to ensure alignment with goals and timelines

Skills

• Expertise in SAP EWM, MM/WM integration, data migration, barcode systems, and packaging processes
• Familiarity with ABAP programming and flexible workflow implementation
• Strong experience with S4 HANA and FIORI applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis

Qualifications

Job Summary:
We are mandated to headhunt aOracle EBS HR Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (HRMS modules) of our client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle HR, Payroll, and Self-Service modules, with a solid understanding of business processes and technical capabilities to support ongoing operations, issue resolution, and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient operation and support of Oracle EBS R12 HRMS functions
• Provide hands-on functional support for Oracle HR, Payroll, and Self-Service modules
• Collaborate with users to gather and document new requirements and enhancements
• Participate in the full lifecycle of solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 HRMS module implementation and support
• Completed at least 3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle EBS 12.2
• Expertise in HR, Payroll, and Self-Service modules
• Strong cross-functional knowledge across Oracle HCM modules
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS configuration and architecture
• Experience with Oracle support for issue resolution and patching
• Technical background with the ability to write SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, and perform basic troubleshooting
• Proven ability to train end users and support training documentation development
• Experience in working collaboratively with business stakeholders and IT teams

Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with advanced HR modules such as Oracle Learning, Talent, or Compensation
Exposure to BI Publisher or Oracle Reports
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Role & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to customize, develop, and maintain reports, forms, and backend scripts.
• Support Oracle system upgrades, patches, and integration activities with coordination and approval from relevant departments.
• Ensure data accuracy, module security, and compliance with internal IT and data protection policies.
• Conduct training sessions and user onboarding for effective utilization of Oracle SCM functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical functional issues, including during non-business hours when required.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of support activities and solutions for effective handover and continuity.

Candidate requirements:
