Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on quality assurance and control systems, processes, and requirements in accordance with defense and aerospace industry standards.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems (QMS), including compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and MIL STD requirements.
- Oversee inspection and testing protocols for components, assemblies, and final products; ensure traceability and documentation accuracy.
- Analyze quality performance metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve non-conformities.
