**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide Personnel Security and Assistant Special Advisor support to the United States Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) in the Air Force Service Component of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM). USCENTCOM is a joint Department of Defense combatant command, responsible for U.S. security interests in 27 nations that stretch from the Horn of Africa through the Persian Gulf region, into Central Asia. This position supports USAFCENT Intelligence Directorate (A2). Support activities in any of the four security disciplines as outlined below:
- Maintain applicable SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines to adequately discharge SSO duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure SCI is properly accounted for, controlled, transmitted, transported, packaged, and safeguarded.
- Ensure SCI is destroyed by authorized means.
- Ensure SCI is disseminated only to persons authorized access to the material and having an established need-to-know.
- Investigate SCI security infractions, making recommendations to the Chief SSO on site and preparing required reports.
- Maintain continuing liaison, with collateral security officials to ensure both security levels are mission accomplished.
- Conduct SCI personnel, information, physical and technical security (TEMPEST/Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) actions.
- Provide all security awareness trainings as required by regulations and requested by the COR.
- Perform all aspects of the SCI Personnel Security Program to include, for example, nomination interviews, validation of SCI access requirements, submission of investigative requests, conduct SCI security briefings; obtain signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Disclosure Statement (NDS); and perform other related personnel security actions.
- Provide a briefing on local SCI security procedures to newly arrived personnel and those receiving initial SCI indoctrination.
- Emphasize unauthorized disclosure awareness, management, and reporting during indoctrination and termination briefings and day-to-day security program execution
- Serve as the official channel for certifying and receiving SCI visitor clearances/accesses.
- Maintain the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to accurately reflect all personnel under their security cognizance.
- Provide guidance and assistance for processing SCI position and eligibility requests.
- Process all derogatory information concerning SCI indoctrinated individuals under their security cognizance and assist commanders and directors with establishment of Security Information Files.
**Provide Physical Security support**:
- Assist in providing overall physical security and will ensure that all current and future SCI Facilities (SCIFs) comply with the physical security standards outlined in ICD 705 all other applicable directives and established policies.
- Prepare and revise, as needed, all physical accreditation paperwork, to include the fixed facility checklists.
- Ensure appropriate accreditation documentation is available for each SCIF and under the organization's security cognizance.
- Ensure that each SCIF under their security cognizance conducts annual self-inspections of the security program.
- Assist Government person in the creation and development of SSO documents, PowerPoint presentations, formal messages, background papers, items of interest, and staff summary packages for USAFCENT Senior Management review within specified timelines.
- Support 30+ SCIFs and Temporary SCIFs within the AOR through physical presence and telephonic support. Occasional TDY support within AOR will be at the request of the CO or COR, and mission requirements.
- Access JWICS by maintaining SCI eligibility.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)**:
- Ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, stay alert and focused, and coordinate and manage electronic security equipment.
- Ability to interpret Director of National Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency and DoD directives and provide technical advice and guidance on SCI personnel, physical and information security standards.
- Ability to gather facts and use effective analytical and evaluative methods to assess information, plan the sequence of actions necessary, make sound decisions and solve a variety of security problems.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in an operational environment.
- Ability to professionally interact with customers, colleagues, and command members at all levels; and to foster positive business relationships.
- Ability to pass all US Central Command medical and dental evaluation
- Full range knowledge of security principles, concepts, practices, products, and services; methods for evaluating risk and vulnerability;

The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the 9th Air Force, a key component of the United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) overseeing operations in the Middle East. This position provides subject matter expertise to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, helping ensure base security and critical support services in one of the most dynamic and strategically important regions in the world. The 9 th Air Force serves at other locations such as Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.
Other Responsibilities, Include But Are Not Limited To
- Conduct annual staff assistance visits of all Wing, installation, and associated units geared to assist Commanders in effective administration of unit information and personnel security programs.
- Provide technical guidance to agency security managers in all aspects of program implementation.
- Advise on security process countermeasure strategies.
- Develop and conduct formal classroom training for agency security managers.
- Conduct annual industrial inspections of contractors handling classified information on behalf of the Wing Commander.
- Evaluate all aspects of these programs for compliance with standards, policies, and instructions. Analyze and report on all security violations and impacted classified operations.
- Develop metrics for violations for trends analysis.
- Develop guidance and establish policy for the implementation of the personnel security program.
- Review and submit all personnel security investigations (PSI). Evaluate requests for establishment and maintain and track special information files.
- Conduct wing program reviews of personnel security managers on PSI processing, to ensure the proper management and accomplishment of their assigned duties for the personnel security program.
- During contingency operations, this role will perform duties as assigned by the contract program manager.
Candidates must have:
- Two (2) years of experience in managing wing-level information protection, security, personnel security, and industrial security programs.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Must posses active Secret security clearance.
- A valid state license and be able to obtain a Government Driver’s License.

ITA is seeking a qualified candidate to join the team in Qatar as a Wing Information/Personnel/Industrial Security Support Professional.
ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the 9th Air Force, a key component of the United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) overseeing operations in the Middle East. This position provides subject matter expertise to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, helping ensure base security and critical support services in one of the most dynamic and strategically important regions in the world. The 9th Air Force serves at other locations such as Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.
Other responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
Conduct annual staff assistance visits of all Wing, installation, and associated units geared to assist Commanders in effective administration of unit information and personnel security programs.
Provide technical guidance to agency security managers in all aspects of program implementation.
Advise on security process countermeasure strategies.
Develop and conduct formal classroom training for agency security managers.
Conduct annual industrial inspections of contractors handling classified information on behalf of the Wing Commander.
Evaluate all aspects of these programs for compliance with standards, policies, and instructions. Analyze and report on all security violations and impacted classified operations.
Develop metrics for violations for trends analysis.
Develop guidance and establish policy for the implementation of the personnel security program.
Review and submit all personnel security investigations (PSI). Evaluate requests for establishment and maintain and track special information files.
Conduct wing program reviews of personnel security managers on PSI processing, to ensure the proper management and accomplishment of their assigned duties for the personnel security program.
During contingency operations, this role will perform duties as assigned by the contract program manager.
QualificationsCandidates must have:
- Two (2) years of experience in managing wing-level information protection, security, personnel security, and industrial security programs.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Must posses activeSecretsecurity clearance.
- A valid state license and be able to obtain a Government Driver’s License.

A Security Officer patrols, monitors, and observes security procedures to ensure a safe Guest and Member experience while investigating theft and managing instances of undesirable behaviour.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Security Officer, you are responsible for monitoring and controlling staff entrances, patrolling on a regular basis, and managing undesirable behaviour to deliver a safe Guest and Member experience. A Security Officer will also be required to investigate theft and support evacuation procedures. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Monitor and control staff entrances
- Conduct regular searches of bags, etc. carried by members of staff and report discrepancies or violations immediately
- Control the Goods pass out procedure for any items purchased, loaned, or otherwise legitimately obtained
- Maintain system that monitors contractors working in the hotel in accordance with company health and safety policies
- Responsible for checking goods received out of hours
- Maintain system that records the issue and receipt of departmental keys
- Operate, check and monitor the CCTV system
- Patrol the hotel on a regular basis ensuring fire walks take place and are recorded
- Ensure safe passage of cash transfers within the hotel
- Support evacuation of the hotel during fire alarm situations
- Monitor suspicious packages and be aware of bomb and terror threat procedures
- Provide secure storage for guest oversized items
- Ensure hotel facilities and function rooms remain secure and locked when not in use
- Maintain the Security Log Book and Incident Reports
- Investigate and report all allegations of theft, criminal damage and other incidents
- Manage undesirable behaviour in a professional manner, intervening and defusing potential altercations
- Liaise with Police in the absence of Security Team Leader
- Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty
- Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
**What are we looking for?**

- High school graduate or above
- Good physical condition
- At least two (2) years of law enforcement experience either in a Security Bureau or military training
