Amentum seeks a skilled Site Manager to provide operational, administrative, and management support for CENTCOM II linguists operations in the Middle East. The Site Manager serves as the primary POC for resolving linguist issues, ensuring accountability, and overseeing accurate input of payroll data by all linguists. The Site Manager will identify issues to the Task Order Program Manager (TODPM) that impact staff, linguists, and customers at the sites.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Provide operational, administrative, and management oversight to all Amentum, Valiant, and subcontractor linguists in the assigned area of operation.
Manage day-to-day actions to ensure Amentum is providing quality service and support to the customer in the assigned area of operations.
Manage and track all linguist TDY to ensure within approved cost, travel claims liquidated in timely manner, and proper charge codes are used.
Provide support services for all CRC linguists arriving in Qatar gateway, to include berthing arrangements, base indoctrination/familiarization, account set up for Amentum linguists, outbound flight coordination, and other requirements as needed.
Communicate any new changes, requirements, concerns, and issues to the Task Order Program Manager
Ensure that all customer requests are forwarded to the Task Order Program Manager and the customer is maintained aware of the request status.
Conduct daily meetings with the customer to ensure that expectations are appropriately managed and that all requirements defined by the SOW are met.
Coordinate with the customer to support linguist schedules and travel.
Ensure the linguist's health, morale, and welfare requirements are met.
Ensure linguists adhere to established customer regulations and standards of conduct.
Ensure that linguists adhere to work schedule and all administrative procedures and requirements.
Handle administrative matters concerning the linguists.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's Degree in management or related field OR Military experience achieving a grade of E 8 or higher.
Three years of management experience (military or civilian)
Familiar with military customs, courtesies, and procedures.
Willingness to work long hours for extended periods
Work and travel in austere environments
US citizen with current U.S. passport
Must be able to work in a sitting position for eight or more hours per day.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds as needed.
Must be able to travel to job locations by automobile and commercial airline.
Must be able to wear appropriate chemical and ballistic protective gear as required in a war hazard zone.

Who We AreHII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Facilities Manager at Al Udied Air Force Base in Qatar, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day facility management, logistics support, and maintenance of building infrastructure and equipment for the 379 ECES, SPACECENT, and mission partners at the SPACECENT site and Space Campus. You will work closely with the U.S. government to ensure efficient and effective operations, maintenance, and support of critical facilities and systems.
What You Will Do- Operations and Maintenance: Oversee site Operations and Maintenance personnel, ensuring the efficient, economical, and environmentally compliant operation, maintenance, repair, and construction of all assigned systems and supporting infrastructure.
- Coordination and Deconfliction: Engage with site program functional representatives to coordinate and deconflict operations and systems, including startup, control, and shutdown of equipment.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the headquarters in the development of strategy and operational-level site facilities planning, yearly production workload planning, resource and budget planning, and other managerial requirements as required.
- Facility Expansion and Upkeep: Plan, establish, and implement a robust facilities management program, including coordination of construction, maintenance, renovation, and upgrades of building infrastructure. Ensure facilities and equipment are well-maintained, and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Work Order Management: Submit and track work orders to completion, ensuring all services required to support the SPACECENT site, Space Campus, and mission partners are maintained.

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Facilities Manager at Al Udied Air Force Base in Qatar. You will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day facility management, logistics support, and maintenance of building infrastructure and equipment for the 379 ECES, SPACECENT, and mission partners at the SPACECENT site and Space Campus. You will work closely with the U.S. government to ensure efficient and effective operations, maintenance, and support of critical facilities and systems.
What You Will Do
Operations and Maintenance: Oversee site Operations and Maintenance personnel, ensuring the efficient, economical, and environmentally compliant operation, maintenance, repair, and construction of all assigned systems and supporting infrastructure.
Coordination and Deconfliction: Engage with site program functional representatives to coordinate and deconflict operations and systems, including startup, control, and shutdown of equipment.
Strategic Planning: Assist the headquarters in the development of strategy and operational-level site facilities planning, yearly production workload planning, resource and budget planning, and other managerial requirements as required.
Facility Expansion and Upkeep: Plan, establish, and implement a robust facilities management program, including coordination of construction, maintenance, renovation, and upgrades of building infrastructure. Ensure facilities and equipment are well-maintained, and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
Work Order Management: Submit and track work orders to completion, ensuring all services required to support the SPACECENT site, Space Campus, and mission partners are maintained.
Maintenance and Inspections: Perform routine maintenance on facilities, conduct weekly inspections, and schedule routine and emergency repairs as needed. Maintain a well-groomed, debris-free landscape.
Quality Assurance: Execute quality assurance activities to support the preventative maintenance plan and overall sustainment of government facilities.
Design Liaison: Assist in design projects and review designs submitted for changes to government facilities. Serve as a liaison between SPACECENT and relevant agencies.
Government Coordination: Coordinate with the Special Security Office (SSO) for the maintenance of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) and other requirements necessary to maintain authority to operate (ATO) for all organizations within the SPACECENT site and Space Campus.
Meeting Attendance: Attend recurring, scheduled, and short-notice meetings with Government personnel, both in person and virtually, as required.
Travel: Be prepared to travel locally to verify design requirements and the quality of work being performed on jobs/projects outside of the military installation.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access).
Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports of project status and progress to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
What We Are Looking For
4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
Previous experience in facilities management and maintenance, preferably in a government contracting or military setting.
Must maintain a valid driver's license to operate Mission vehicles.
Knowledge of facilities management in an international environment.
Knowledge of construction practices and procedures, sufficient to advise the government on the development, management, oversight, supply, and review of plans for intermediate to large complexes and associated facilities.
Must have a good working knowledge to identify and mitigate safety hazards and be capable of ensuring Facilities comply with local environmental, U.S. OSHA, and local safety standards.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, both orally and in writing.
Highly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, under stress, and within time constraints.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.

4 years of relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in working at US Military Bases outside of the United States, especially bases located in Qatar.
Experience in working with US Air Force facilities and Civil Engineering teams.
Project Management experience with managing Cost, Schedule, and Performance of a project.
Experience with Defense Acquisition and/or Defense Contracting.

Physical Requirements This position may be located in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit / 50-55 degrees Celsius during the summer months.
