Responsibilities- Advice on company legal matters, including but not limited to commercial contracts, M&A and JVs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant corporate legislation.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, such as:

- Identify legal risks and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and overseeing compliance frameworks
- Support internal compliance programs, including anti-bribery, sanctions, data privacy, and competition law.
- Advise on the legal impact of regulatory changes and help implement necessary internal policies.
- Maintain and improve internal legal templates and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and records management to support legal audits and regulatory compliance.
- Qualified in a Common Law jurisdiction.
- 5 to 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally with both law firm and in-house exposure.
- Strong expertise in corporate law, contract law, and commercial negotiations.
