The ideal candidate will ensure project deliverables meet schedule, quality, and safety standards while supporting commissioning requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the progress of all high-voltage electrical activities, monitoring deviations from the EPCC Contract Schedule Baseline and ensuring alignment with the commissioning schedule.
- Contribute to the Project Risk Register and support mitigation planning for engineering-related risks.
- Ensure all Company-supplied scope and tie-ins are completed, ready for installation, and delivered according to project schedule and quality standards.
- Participate in subcontractor kick-off meetings, coordinate inspections, monitor fabrication progress, and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Major Projects &HSE requirements.
- Assist in preparing project reports, participate in project audits, technical reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in major capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, EPCC project execution, and commissioning requirements.
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors, inspections, NCRs, and project reporting.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and best practices.
