To perform due diligence tasks that support deal structuring and execution. To prepare materials for management in support of project approval and funding and manage internal and external transaction reports.

Work with portfolio companies to support, assist, and advise as needed including potential board seats.
Identify potential investor networks and corporate/strategic investors within target industry verticals with the capability to co-invest.
Contribute to the successful planning, execution, and completion of cross-functional projects as assigned by QSTP senior management by actively engaging with team members across departments, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and resource management. Apply innovative problem-solving methods to address challenges, continuously improving project processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8-10 years of relevant full-time work experience, including 3 years at a supervisory level, or a master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience. CFA Level II certification is required. Experience in the venture capital industry, startup experience, and strong understanding of the venture investment cycle are essential. Knowledge in technology fields, startup assessment, and investment readiness principles is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office is expected. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
