Health Club Receptionist
Responsible for greeting members and guests, managing front desk operations, answering inquiries, and providing a welcoming atmosphere. The role involves administrative duties, customer service, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive.
- Provide information about the club's facilities, programs, and services.
- Address and resolve member inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and courteously.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings for classes, personal training sessions, and other services.
- Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain and update member records in the club's database.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Monitor access to the club, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Enforce club policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with evacuation procedures if necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a health club or fitness center.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with member management software.

The role also involves providing tailored fitness training sessions to the Principal and offering comprehensive administrative and personal support to manage day-to-day activities.
This multifaceted position requires exceptional organizational skills, physical fitness expertise, discretion, and the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a dynamic VVIP household.
Key Responsibilities
Household Management
- Oversee and manage all household staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of household presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
- Supervise service schedules, maintenance, and household inventories.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure household policies, etiquette, and confidentiality standards are maintained at all times.

- Certified Fitness Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent certification required).
- Minimum 5–8 years of combined experience as a House Manager / Personal Assistant / Fitness Trainer in a private VVIP or UHNW household.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience handling luxury household operations and managing domestic staff.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
