Key Responsibilities- EPRS HSE Engineer provides necessary support and assistance to the EPRS Division to ensure all aspects of the division have the HSES Systems and processes services and support needed to achieve project goals related to safety, environmental, regulatory, industrial hygiene, occupational health, security, emergency preparedness and response
- Provide oversight and guidance for HSES regulatory compliance performance during all phases of emergency pipeline repair lifecycle activities, Champion onsite safety awareness and safe performance with Contractor Monitor Contractor's activities for compliance with Contractor approved Project HSES procedures during all phases of emergency pipeline repair lifecycle activities
- Ensure full compliance with company systems and processes during all phases of emergency pipeline repair lifecycle activities Prepare Safety plans to support effective project completion
- Implement and uphold the Company health, safety and environment requirements throughout project/ work execution
- Review contractor deliverables and Safety study reports to support the development of the HSES Plans and Procedures
- Participate in design and HSES reviews (DRA, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, risk assessments) and verify related risk and reliability issues are closed out
- Liaise daily with Contractor HSES Officers to ensure the effective implementation of all Project/ Work HSES requirements, monitor daily the Contractor’s activities and performance and report to the EPRS Engineer on the Safety performance
- Delivery of specific HSES-related training as per the Competency Matrix and ensures accurate records are maintained
- Organize to implement the HSE management conformity work, carry out annual self-evaluation and regular re-examination work, and follow up on the closure of HSE management gaps for the EPRS Division
- Responsible for developing and executing HSE Assurance Audit to EPRS Consultancy & Repair Contractors
- Support EPRS discipline engineers in developing a continuous improvement process related to HSE management activities
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other similar disciplines relating to upstream oil and gas from a recognised university
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant oil and gas industry experience in a similar role

**Department**
OFFSHORE PROJECTS
**Primary purpose of job**
Lead the provision of expertise on all HSE matters of the Department and ensure compliance with relevant QatarEnergy
Standards, International Standards and Regulatory and Project Requirements.
**Experience & Skills**
1. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in HSE functions and exposure to EPC for major oil & gas projects of which at least last
5 years in similar HSE senior position in projects for reputable oil & gas operators in an offshore project’s environment.
2. Familiar with HSE and Environmental regulatory regimes, international safety engineering codes and standards.,
particularly those related to offshore work.
3. Experience in development of project HSE related plans, philosophies, and specifications. Relevant skills in HSE
Studies, Environmental assessments, and Project HSE Risk Registers.
4. Exposure to Accident/Incident investigation, review and learning from HSE incidents.
5. Experienced as a lead auditor in key and critical HSE audits and reviews. Develop and maintain consolidated records,
lessons learnt, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
6. Extensive leadership skills to motivate and organise HSE and Contractor HSE Teams to achieve a high-performance
level.
7. Proficient in the use of the English language (both written & spoken).
8. Work experience in the Arabian Gulf Countries is desirable.
9. Experience of managing large contractor teams
10. Experience of being a HSE lead in a Project Management Team
**Education**
1. Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized University. Master’s degree is
preferable.
2. Membership of a recognized professional engineering or HSE association/institution is required.

The PCS7 and Safety Systems Service Engineer is responsible for design, implementation, and commissioning of PCS7 based Control Systems, SIMATIC S7 Safety Systems for a variety of industrial control system applications.
Job Responsibilities- PCS7, WinCC and STEP 7 programming of control systems
- Fire & Gas systems and Emergency Shutdown Systems design and programming.
- Involvement throughout whole software / systems lifecycle, from design through coding to testing, installation and configuration, and documentation
- Installation and configuration / testing work at customer sites
- Ability to develop PCS7 and PLC programs based on reading schematics and interpreting customer specifications
- Ability to troubleshoot control loops and motor wiring
- Network architecture design
- Industrial instrumentation selection, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working in both Water and Oil & Gas industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Siemens DCS and SCADA design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience in PCS7 Safety Systems
