- Recommend hairstyles/haircuts according to customers’ features and tastes.
- Washing and drying customers’ hair using options selected by the customer.
- Cut, trim, and shave hair using salon professional equipment.

- Form bonds with the customer and remember their preferences.
- Manage bookings in conjunction with the receptionist and manage walk-ins.

- Review and update the Salon’s training materials as required.
- Assist in the conception, development and implementation of new Salon treatments and services.
- Promote Spa services to ensure maximized revenues.
- Control Salon inventory by observing and reviewing available stock, and responsible for the inventory monthly report.
- Issue and coordinate purchasing requests for Salon products, equipment and other related accessories.
- Liaise with outside companies for Salon products, equipment and accessories to develop staff knowledge as needed.
- Consult with guests on treatment options for their hair according to their hair condition.
- Plan and produce desired hair effect by studying facial features, examining potential styles, conferring with the guests and making recommendations.
- Monitor treatment’s reservations and ensure maximized occupancy to reduce down time for team members.
- Work closely with the Assistant Spa Manager to communicate departmental goals and objectives, policies and procedures, prices and relevant information to the team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Hairdressing and Makeup Artist Certificate (preferred) or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a hairstylist or colorist
- Styling in Middle East in a luxury setting
