We are seeking a skilled Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM modules with a focus on Talent Management. • Lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules related to Goals, Performance, Profile Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Work with SAB business users and SAB IT staff to understand business requirements for new application development and improvements to existing applications.
2. Perform necessary analysis to obtain new functional specifications and requirements from the business users and collaborate with technical support consultants to transform these into clear and concise technical specifications.
