Job Description

The Head of Department shall lead and direct Facial, Slimming and Laser Nurses who perform cosmetic skincare treatments and procedures on a diverse population of individuals using a variety of aesthetic techniques. The Head of Department shall utilize extensive industry knowledge to accurately recommend cosmetic skincare treatments to qualified patients and support positive outcomes. Additionally, the Head of Department shall be responsible for independently conducting detailed patient consultations to ensure patient comfort and compliance.
- Welcome and greet patients upon arrival and assist them to the procedure room and assess to promote desired treatments.
- Thoroughly explain all recommended treatment options and develop an individualized treatment plan based on the unique needs of the patient.
- Obtain all required documentation, including consent forms, and accurately document and/or file within the patient’s file.
- Ensure all patient questions and/or concerns are adequately addressed prior to performing treatments and/or procedures.
- Conduct follow-up appointments and ensure all patient questions and/or concerns are appropriately addressed.
- Lead and direct Nurses to ensure smooth operation.
- Prepare and inspect procedure rooms to ensure everything is ready and up to standard.
- Take patient feedback after the treatment/procedure and inform the General Manager whether it be negative or positive.
- Plan and implement new marketing strategy to promote facial treatments/procedure.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant aesthetic experience
