Qualifications and Experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

- A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in HR compliance and labor law, with knowledge of local labor laws in Qatar
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making to improve HR processes and strategies
