Head of Legal at Vistas Global. We are on the lookout for a seasoned Head of Legal to oversee all legal aspects of the organization’s operations. • Oversee all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters across the organization
• Lead corporate legal strategy, governance, and risk management initiatives

Overview

Senior Legal Counsel Corporate & Commercial, Common Law Qualified

• Advice on company legal matters, including but not limited to commercial contracts, M&A and JVs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant corporate legislation.
• Report directly to the Group General Counsel.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, such as:
  • Supply and distribution agreements
  • Service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Procurement contracts
  • Licensing agreements
  • Banking and financial agreements including lending, acquisition finance and derivatives
  • Joint venture and collaboration agreements
