- Male candidates only, no nationality requirements, fair English, minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Open to local and international candidates, but heavy preference for local. Must be okay to live and work in Al Khor.
- Requires in 3to 5 years of agriculture experience with strong knowledge of quality management, especially in commercial mushroom cultivation. Proficient in data analysis, indoor farming technologies, and Microsoft Office. Holds a degree in agriculture, food science, or related field.
- For Overseas candidates the flight ticket will be provided from their home country.
- Salary: 4,500 - 5,500 QAR Basic + Company provided Accommodation and Transportation.

Job DescriptionThis is high-profile role within the Core team, will implement the Quality Management System and oversee that the delivery of services and construction practices are in line with QM Systems and standards. The quality of workmanship and materials will be audited to achieve QCS and BS standards to deliver improved finish and completions to acceptable Quality and Technical standards, will organise quality audits on Sub-Contractors and ensure they close out corrective actions.

· Establish and ensure implementation of the Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) in the group and divisions.
· Ensure that company's certifications and accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASME, NBIB, CE etc.).

· Monitor the effective operation of and corrective action systems through Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
· Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the contract QA/QC requirements and other relevant procedures applicable to the project, through surveillance.
