- Full-time Bachelor degree in OT
- 3-Year Diploma in OT (WFOT accredited)

2+ years clinical experience (Bachelor - WFOT accredited)

SpecificationAs an Occupational Therapist specializing in adult neurology, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment plans to support patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and other motor / cognitive impairments.
You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary rehab team to help patients regain independence and achieve functional goals in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments tailored to adults with neurological conditions.
- Design and implement evidence-based therapy programs focused on improving motor function, ADLs, cognition, and community reintegration.
- Collaborate with neurologists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, home programs, and adaptive equipment to support continued recovery.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and departmental meetings related to neurorehabilitation services.
- Support the integration of assistive technologies and digital tools in therapy delivery where appropriate.
- Contribute to staff training and mentorship of junior therapists or students when required.

Major Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative and office management support to manager of performance evaluation.
- Address, resolve enquiries or issues reaching Performance Evaluation office promptly and efficiently and manage a variety of administrative details.
- Participate in development of policies and procedures, overseeing their compliance and implementation within department.
- Assist in preparing analytical performance evaluation reports.
- Support the development of performance evaluation satisfaction surveys and prepare required reports based on the survey results.
- Develop and maintain departmental KPIs and metrics for dashboards.
- Monitor and review department reports for leadership meetings (SMEC, other committees)
- Assist in preparation of Annual budget plan and monitor progress, ensuring adherence of budgetary constraints

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare, or related field
Experience and knowledge requirement:
Minimum 5 years of experience and atleast one year experience with Oracle ERP PMS (Performance Management System) in healthcare industry
Skills required:
· Strong command of verbal and written English (Command on Arabic is advantage)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and oracle PMS
