Provide regular feedback to the chef and Operations team on quality issues to align with the restaurant's brand and vision. Analyze sales performance weekly and monthly by generating relevant reports; review and take corrective action where necessary to maximize profitability. Actively monitor competitor activity and react accordingly by implementing marketing and commercial initiatives to impact positively on sales to make adjustments. Responsible for stock take control & process, optimizing stock integrity, minimizing wastage, monitoring Gross Margins to achieve budgeted targets. Work closely with Senior Chefs and Operations Manager on menu engineering, selling prices and creation of critical pathways in regards to menu implementations & development to meet customer demand. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the Director of F&B Operations and the CEO. This role will manage the daily operations of one of Qatar's top fine dining restaurants and a coffee shop, both located within the iconic Location in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations for two F&B outlets, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Coordinate with the Director of F&B Operations and the CEO to align business goals and strategies.
Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Role Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role within fine-dining establishments, preferably in the GCC region.
Previous managerial or GM experience in Michelin-starred or top-tier restaurants in the GCC (experience in restaurants like Novikov, Gaya, Coya is an advantage).
A well-seasoned, stable candidate with a strong commitment to relocating to Qatar.
Fluency in French is highly preferred.
Must be available to join in Qatar as soon as possible or within 3 weeks.
