Qualifications
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of equivalent job-related experience or High School Qualification or Diploma with minimum 5 years of equivalent job-related experience
- Robust experience in HR Functions in HR Specialist or HR Officer roles in delivering end to end HR solutions and initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management and advising on HR policy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate, influence and build trust and excellence across functions
- Experience managing or supporting HR projects; formal certification not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal , and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative problem solving and effectively responds to ambiguous and complex situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with professionalism
- An ability to work effectively with multi-cultural teams.

- Reporting to the HR Manager and shall provide general support to the HR department, addressing a variety of issues and maintaining employee files and database. Also, responsible to provide information to employees regarding company policies and procedures. Shall be intimately involved with business operations and shall ensure that HR related matters are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. _
1. Shall be responsible for the update and monitoring of employee’s Qatar ID, and Health Card expiration.
2. Shall be responsible for the daily monitoring of staff attendance including but not limited to (absenteeism, lateness, overtime, sick leaves and annual leaves).
4. Verify the presence of appropriate supporting documents of all employee (of the farm) requests to ensure compliance of the company policies & procedures.
5. Communicate and process all HR related requests for all employees.
6. Shall act as a point of contact for any employee separation.
7. Communicate with employees and managers serving as a focal point to provide information and assistance concerning the employment, policies and procedures, personnel records and related legal requirements.
8. Implement disciplinary action and participate in employee corrective action procedures and investigations of formal complaints in coordination with the HR Manager.
9. Shall be responsible in ordering and distribution of staff uniform.
10. Act as a liaison on behalf of HR department to convey and or gather information required for operations and to resolve concerns.
11. Perform other duties as required and assigned by the HR Manager

Position Responsibilities
Be a trusted advisor to the business providing guidance, insights and solutions for matters across the HR agenda.
Partner with the regional and global HR team (ie: HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence such as HR Services, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards) to design, develop and deploy HR programs and processes, in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices and local labor laws.
Visibility of local labor laws, ensuring alignment of internal policies and practices.
Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity & inclusion where employee experience is the cornerstone of HR service delivery.
Ability to design initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce and aid career development.
Stay abreast of HR trends and contribute to the continuous simplification and improvement of HR processes and development of regional HR initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills/Experience
At least 5 years proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
At least 3 years proven experience of working in Qatar.
In-depth demonstrable knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
Ability to develop end-to-end HR processes and drive implementation.
Experience in Talent Management and Development.
Fluent Arabic speaker.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer orientated and agile.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Desired Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
Visa sponsorship will not be supported for this position.
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
This requisition is for a local hired position in Doha, Qatar.
