Partner with the regional and global HR team (ie: HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence such as HR Services, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards) to design, develop and deploy HR programs and processes, in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices and local labor laws.
Visibility of local labor laws, ensuring alignment of internal policies and practices.
Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity & inclusion where employee experience is the cornerstone of HR service delivery.
Ability to design initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce and aid career development.
Stay abreast of HR trends and contribute to the continuous simplification and improvement of HR processes and development of regional HR initiatives.

Required Skills/Experience
At least 5 years proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
At least 3 years proven experience of working in Qatar.
In-depth demonstrable knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
Ability to develop end-to-end HR processes and drive implementation.
Experience in Talent Management and Development.
Fluent Arabic speaker.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer orientated and agile.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Desired Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
