Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management, particularly in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
