In this role, you will provide effective support in administrative and process related tasks within HRBP and Leadership Development activities to ensure adherence to processes, guidelines and timelines. You will also manage the implementation of generalist HR systems and incorporate processes for HIA to ensure HR Employee Services are dispensed effectively and other functional areas within area of responsibility.

- Assist with specific HR related projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the business strategy and leadership goals.
- Manage the files and online database; design and establish a more effective file management system within area of responsibility.
Qualifications
About you:
- High school qualification/Vocational Qualification/Diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with min 2 years of job-related experience.
- Minimum 4 years of job -related experience required.
- Proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of business.
- Good knowledge on essential software for report building and data collections (Eg. MS Office, MS Excel).
- Essential High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle ad hoc projects.
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
