Primary responsibility is to support our sales team in driving revenue by providing expert consultation, technical solutions, and strategic guidance in the domains of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cybersecurity solutions. This role is critical in translating customer business needs into competitive technical solutions, supporting customer engagements, and contributing to business growth.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored cloud and cybersecurity solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design workshops, and presentations with customers and partners.
• Create high-quality proposals, solution architecture documents, BoMs, SoWs, and RFP/RFI responses.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR), and emerging threats.
• Provide enablement and training for internal sales teams and channel partners.
• Work closely with vendors, and their engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery alignment.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, Channel partners, and technology partners.
