Role

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the ICT sector
• Support proposal development, client presentations, and market research
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones and KPIs
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation
• Supervise racking and stacking teams during telecom panel construction
• Supervisesite installation, integration and testing activities
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Liaise with vendors and other personnel for problem resolution
• Ensure compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure deployment
• Experience with network hardware and services (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
• Familiarity with change management and configuration protocols
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage field teams effectively

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Network/Systems Engineer to Design, Develop, and Implement Diverse Wide Area Networking Environments. Develop and implement QoS for a voice/video/data network environment. Qualifications

INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

**Primary purpose of job**
The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the strategic on-going planning, design, and enhancement of

QATARENERGY’s server deployments in the data center for Windows server environment. The focus will be on providing
robust, highly available, responsive, secure, and scalable server environment while minimizing Total Cost of Ownership

(TCO) and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) by deploying state of the art technologies, best practices, policies,

processes, and procedures. Responsible for configuring and managing Windows Server on-premises, hybrid, and

infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform workload as a Windows Server administrator.

Primary Purpose of the Job

QatarEnergy is looking to recruit a Senior Systems Engineer (Systems Security) that will join a team responsible for overall protection, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the ICT systems that supports business operations. The new member is required to support and maintain the day-to-day security operations and system change lifecycle of critical security systems and devices, tools & services. The new member is also required to provide senior technical support for all systems security whilst providing leadership & mentoring to junior team members. The role will be an enabler to the company’s success through development and implementation of security practices that create a secure working environment.

Required Experience and Skills

1. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
2. 8 or more years of demonstrated experience in IT of which minimal 5 years of experience in systems security operations function.
3. Design, deploy, and manage application system security controls such as application whitelisting.
4. Design, deploy and manage Advanced Threat Prevention, Antivirus, host-based firewall/IPS, application control, security scanning for file servers, encryption and device controls.
5. Design, deploy, and manage cloud security function such as Multi Factor Authentication, Key Vaults, Defender for Microsoft Azure and implement the same controls in Amazon AWS and Google GCP.
6. Efficient threat management by integration using visibility from EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) tools and endpoint posture status with remediation.
7. Design, deploy, and manage Public Key Infrastructure and HSM solutions.
8. Design and manage all data plane operations on Key Vaults and all objects in it.
9. Design, design and deploy Privileged Access Management Services which includes management of privileged accounts, secure access to resources (on premise and in the cloud).
10. Strong troubleshooting skills in network, software configuration, log interpretation, etc.
11. Develop and create processes and procedures in compliance with QatarEnergy security policies and internationally recognized security frameworks and standards such as ISO and NIST.

Major Job Activities:

Provide WAN (e.g., serial circuit, Internet Protocol (IP)) transport support. The contractor shall:

• Design, produce and implement COMM / IT solutions to interconnect various DoD locations.
• Install and modify new and existing WAN transport.
• Perform monitoring and troubleshooting of WAN transport.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to optimize WAN transport networks.
• Establish testing and remote monitoring procedures to ensure reliable operation of WAN transport in theater.
• Perform tests and acceptance of new Technical Control and Facilities (TCF) equipment.
• Conduct circuit, trunk, or link engineering necessary to establish or modify services.
• Conduct transmission, voice, data, message, and video network engineering.
• Process requests for service for circuits, trunks, and links.
• Support circuit actions.
• Manage and implement network changes.
• Develop documentation and schedules in support of the planning, analysis, and development of COMM/IT networks and systems. Coordinate network issues within the AFCENT staff and with outside agencies (e.g., CENTCOM, Subordinate Joint Task Force, CENTCOM Theater Command and Control Center, DISA, other CENTCOM component HQs, AFCENT base communications squadron staffs, and theater TCFs);
