JOB CONTENT To deliver excellent customer service through: Identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner & demonstrate excellent customer service at all times. Identify customer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products at every sale opportunity; close the sale Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts/ bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service. Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary. Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, instore promotions at all times. Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager. Maintain clean and organized display, fitting rooms and stock areas. Check stock levels daily and inform of depleting stocks to the store manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels. Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, health and safety policies etc. Recruit customers for the database, accurately entering their details on the system. Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting room areas. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Education/ Qualification High school qualification Experience 4 to 6 years retail sales or customer service experience. As a Fashion Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store. You will collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach Provide pre-buying feedback on products Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs (Service-level agreement) Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements. * Fashion Stylist/Personal Shopper provide assistance to customers and perform duties such as recommending products, taking orders through telephone or live chat, solving customer inquiries, tracking shipments, processing financial adjustments, developing a trusting relationship with customers, looking for products online, and asking for feedback and product reviews.
- Helping customers make the best possible purchases by providing advice, guidance, and excellent customer service.
- Supporting customers with placing orders and making payments via the phone, online, or in person.
- Responding promptly and effectively to customers' complaints and requests.
- Advising customers on suitable substitutes for dated, discontinued, or unavailable products.
- Engaging with customers and ensuring any special instructions are followed.
- Ensuring that orders are accurately selected, scanned, and packed.
- Assisting with order collection, packaging, loading, and payment, where required.
- Keeping track of product offerings and availability.
- Collaborating with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
