As a Sales Associate within our luxury universe, your role is essential in ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients and representing the brand with elegance. Your missions include:

  • Client Engagement
    :
  • Warmly welcome local and international customers entering the store, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
  • Be customer-centric Provide personalized service by understanding each customer's needs, preferences and style.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty through storytelling by providing a rich narrative behind each collection. Track customer preferences and past purchases to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Showcase of Collections :
  • Present Givenchy's audacious collections with passion, sharing the brand's history and unique design elements.
  • Guide clients through our range of products, highlighting the distinctive elements of each item.
  • Assist in creating captivating displays, ensuring a visually compelling in-store environment.
  • Embrace a results-oriented culture:
  • Actively work to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding the specific needs of clients.

  • Enhancing the Brand :

  • Embody the brand image by adhering to the specific dressing and behavior standards of luxury.
  • Contribute to maintaining the upscale atmosphere of the boutique.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury and fashion industry.
  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the team (including Stock team) to ensure consistency in customer service and product presentation.

Profile
YOUR PROFILE Previous Experience: 2/3 years experience on a similar position, within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment .

  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to empathize with customers.
  • Language Proficiency: Very good (local language/second language) language skills.
  • Passion: Genuine passion for fashion and a deep understanding of Givenchy's brand identity. Commitment to Givenchy's brand identity. You want to be an ambassador of an audacious Maison. You are passionate about fashion and the client experience. You thrive in a dynamic environment, finding versatility and autonomy to be stimulating rather than intimidating. You are a team player, but you are also individually driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a resilient attitude. You are a challenger and a perpetual work in progress. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner & demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
  • Identify customer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products at every sale opportunity; close the sale
  • Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts/ bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary.
  • Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, instore promotions at all times.
  • Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.
  • Maintain clean and organized display, fitting rooms and stock areas.
  • Check stock levels daily and inform of depleting stocks to the store manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, health and safety policies etc.
  • Recruit customers for the database, accurately entering their details on the system.
  • Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting room areas.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Education/ Qualification

  • High school qualification

Experience

  • 4 to 6 years retail sales or customer service experience.

Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge

What You'll Be Doing
At Chalhoub we express the exceptional As a Fashion Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

  • You will collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews
  • Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach
  • Provide pre-buying feedback on products
  • Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture
  • Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs (Service-level agreement)
  • Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements
  • Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up-to-date with app offerings etc.
  • Support with in-store marketing events and activations
  • Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns
  • Drive sell-throughs within the store
  • Support in-store CX initiatives
  • Provide input to what's working well/what's not working well within the store

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Arabic language skills would be a plus
