The role: We are currently recruiting for an Immigration Consultant to join our Doha office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global company and work with immigration professionals across the world. The Consultant provides compliant immigration advice to clients and coordinates end-to-end immigration processes for our corporate client base. The role requires strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and the ability to manage high volumes of cases while maintaining exceptional client service.
What your day will look like- Execute Qatar and Kuwait inbound casework including compliance and eligibility assessments, clear process and requirements guidance, and supporting assignees throughout the immigration process
- Communicate effectively with client contacts regarding progress of cases, document collection, application filing and timelines, ensuring technical accuracy and use of standard templates
- Identify key issues that may impact immigration formalities such as travel plans, dependants, or health issues, and update clients on anticipated issues or delays
- Update the firm's case management system and maintain client files in line with practice protocols and SLAs
- Meet monthly billing target goals by planning, organizing and executing workload effectively
- Escalate potential client issues to the Manager and/or Practice Leader and assist in resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, ensuring timely information sharing
- Research and draft country processes and procedures, and update clients on legislative or procedural changes
- Assist in compiling metrics/reports as required under client agreements, including monitoring expiry dates and reminders
- Contribute to content and accuracy of the firm's Knowledge Management System (KMS)
- Support Finance and Administration with client invoicing upon case completion

What we are looking forEssential criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in Immigration or Global Mobility within a multinational or reputable local company in the UAE and/or Middle East (a suitable combination of education and experience will also be considered)
- Competent in drafting advice and compliance assessments
- Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities effectively
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Qatari immigration law and processes
- Previous experience handling high-volume casework
