PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
Lead the end-to-end implementation of BIN migration projects, ICCP and ICMP onboarding, and Smart Data enablement, including upgrade and migration to CDF3 standards. Ensure compliance, technical integration, and successful delivery within agreed timelines.
Key Activities
Core Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for BIN implementation and CDF3 migration.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, banks, Mastercard, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to define BIN and ICCP requirements.
- Ensure alignment with compliance regulations and Mastercard specifications.
Technical Oversight
- Provide guidance on BIN-related technical aspects (card issuance, authorization, transaction processing).
- Work closely with IT teams for seamless integration and configuration.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Oversee testing phases (MTF, PROD) to validate BIN functionality and CDF upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned.
- Deliver regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Post-Implementation Support
- Provide technical support for onboarding corporates on ICCP and Smart Data platforms.
- Assist client product teams with configuration and troubleshooting.

Knowledge And Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.

- Strong understanding of Corporate/B2B payment systems and card processing.
