Hexagon s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Industry Consultant.

As a Senior Industry Consultant Execute Phase, you will play a key role within Hexagon ALI s EMIA Pre-Sales organization, reporting to the Director of Industry Consultants. Your primary focus will be to support customers in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation through Hexagon s Execute Solutions portfolio including Smart Production, Smart Materials, Jovix, iConstruct, Smart Construction, and Smart Completions.

This customer-facing role combines deep industry knowledge with technology expertise to guide clients through solution evaluations, business process improvements, and strategic implementations. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and solution consulting teams to articulate value, shape opportunity strategies, and influence buying decisions.

  • The Industry Consultant will work with the sales team to understand the customers business needs and develop an account strategy to achieve the desired outcomes. The Industry Consultant will understand and interpret the customer s needs and propose a plan for application of Hexagon ALI solutions.
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments of the customers business practices, work processes, and technical environments to make recommendations based on Hexagon ALI Solutions will also be a key factor in establishing a plan for the customer.
  • The nature of this position requires in-depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and business processes of operations and projects in industrial facilities.
  • Industry Consultants must have the ability to work independently but will also be part of a larger team focused on selling and delivering software solutions to the owner operator market.
  • The Senior Industry Consultant will work with the customer to understand their business objectives, analyze and evaluate their needs and propose the end-to-end workflow and software that will satisfy those needs. They will lead all pre-sales requirements workshops that define the as is and to be work processes, and thoroughly document and communicate those requirements to the customer and Hexagon ALI teams. Develop cost benefit analysis, customer requirements definition, solution definition, standard solution demonstrations
  • Provide feedback to influence the on-going product strategy.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the other regions pre-sales; sharing lessons learned and new strategies
Education / Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record as a successful Industry Consultant or Business Development Consultant.
  • Experience in Industrial Sales
  • Good knowledge of and experience with developing and/or executing alarm management programs or similar operations management initiatives.
  • Owner/Operator expertise and relationships in key markets and industries
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to smart production, material tracking, construction management, or project execution, with experience advising on or implementing digital solutions in these areas.
  • Engineering/Business degree or equivalent qualification
  • Confident and articulate speaker
  • Ability to understand and communicate with all levels in an organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills, previous experience of C-Level Presentation, Customer communication/handling
  • Fluent in English and ability to speak other European languages is preferred.
  • Desirable: Good working knowledge of Hexagon ALI s solutions
  • Typical Experience: significant experience in similar role with 5+ years of experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, chemical processing, or related fields, or equivalent consulting experience supporting these sectors.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled SAP Business Warehouse Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and developing SAP BW solutions, enhancing data extraction processes, and addressing client reporting needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in SAP BW/BI, and experience with tools such as ABAP, AFO, and BO.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Exhibit strong SAP BW Development knowledge in BW classic data models and BW 7.5 on HANA
  • Knowledge in SAP Business Objects (Dashboards, Web Intelligence and IDT).
  • Prior experience working in SAP-CML and Budget modules is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP and experience in generating custom extractors from scratch and implement data source enhancements as per customer needs.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance SAP Bex report and knowledge on custom exits.
  • Enhance and maintain existing BO reports as well as design and build new reports from scratch.
  • Design and build data models to support new business requirements.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAPBWProject implementations.
  • Manage and resolve BW-related support issues and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day client issues related to data and reports.
  • Analyze and interpret data using Analysis for Office (AFO).
  • Provide consulting and analysis support to development and support teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including standards and procedures for reporting solutions.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations to identify optimal solutions for business requirements.
  • Manage incident and service tickets effectively through ticketing systems.
  • Share knowledge with team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving project demands.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, ensuring strong, collaborative relationships.
