Hexagon s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Industry Consultant.

As a Senior Industry Consultant Execute Phase, you will play a key role within Hexagon ALI s EMIA Pre-Sales organization, reporting to the Director of Industry Consultants. Your primary focus will be to support customers in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation through Hexagon s Execute Solutions portfolio including Smart Production, Smart Materials, Jovix, iConstruct, Smart Construction, and Smart Completions.

This customer-facing role combines deep industry knowledge with technology expertise to guide clients through solution evaluations, business process improvements, and strategic implementations. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and solution consulting teams to articulate value, shape opportunity strategies, and influence buying decisions.

  • The Industry Consultant will work with the sales team to understand the customers business needs and develop an account strategy to achieve the desired outcomes. The Industry Consultant will understand and interpret the customer s needs and propose a plan for application of Hexagon ALI solutions.
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments of the customers business practices, work processes, and technical environments to make recommendations based on Hexagon ALI Solutions will also be a key factor in establishing a plan for the customer.
  • The nature of this position requires in-depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and business processes of operations and projects in industrial facilities.
  • Industry Consultants must have the ability to work independently but will also be part of a larger team focused on selling and delivering software solutions to the owner operator market.
  • The Senior Industry Consultant will work with the customer to understand their business objectives, analyze and evaluate their needs and propose the end-to-end workflow and software that will satisfy those needs. They will lead all pre-sales requirements workshops that define the as is and to be work processes, and thoroughly document and communicate those requirements to the customer and Hexagon ALI teams.   • Provide feedback to influence the on-going product strategy.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the other regions pre-sales; sharing lessons learned and new strategies
Education / Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record as a successful Industry Consultant or Business Development Consultant.
  • Experience in Industrial Sales
  • Good knowledge of and experience with developing and/or executing alarm management programs or similar operations management initiatives.
  • Owner/Operator expertise and relationships in key markets and industries
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to smart production, material tracking, construction management, or project execution, with experience advising on or implementing digital solutions in these areas.
  • Engineering/Business degree or equivalent qualification
  • Confident and articulate speaker
  • Ability to understand and communicate with all levels in an organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills, previous experience of C-Level Presentation, Customer communication/handling
  • Fluent in English and ability to speak other European languages is preferred.
  • Desirable: Good working knowledge of Hexagon ALI s solutions
  • Typical Experience: significant experience in similar role with 5+ years of experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, chemical processing, or related fields, or equivalent consulting experience supporting these sectors.

This role is responsible for the development of Self-service capabilities across the airline's digital channels to ensure the website continues to drive key digital KPIs.   • Responsible for detailing features and user stories with acceptance criteria and acceptance tests
  • Responsible to ensure business acceptance of features and user stories, this includes validating that the stories meet the acceptance criteria, persistent acceptance tests, and that they comply with the Definition of Done (DoD)
  • Provide regular demos with the team ensuring the most critical aspects are shown and validated with the stakeholders
  • Facilitate the iteration retrospectives and drive discussions on what can be improved to increase the velocity and quality
  • Follow and partake in all the SAFe Agile product cadences including PO Sync, Sprint Planning and PI Planning representing the product area fully.
  • Manage and keep up to date the team's backlog, product roadmap, program Kanban and all relevant artifacts to ensure the product development is communicated across leadership, business stakeholders and development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience working in product development or as a Product Owner
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
  • Certification in SAFe Product Owner or equivalent is desirable
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Lean Portfolio Management
  • Experience in handling transactional services on Amadeus and E-commerce manage my booking engine is desirable.

Education / Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record as a successful Industry Consultant or Business Development Consultant.

  • Good knowledge of and experience with developing and/or executing alarm management programs or similar operations management initiatives.
  • Owner/Operator expertise and relationships in key markets and industries
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to smart production, material tracking, construction management, or project execution, with experience advising on or implementing digital solutions in these areas.
  • Engineering/Business degree or equivalent qualification
  • Confident and articulate speaker
  • Ability to understand and communicate with all levels in an organization.

As a Senior Industry Consultant – Execute Phase, you will play a key role within Hexagon ALI’s EMIA Pre-Sales organization, reporting to the Director of Industry Consultants. Your primary focus will be to support customers in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation through Hexagon’s Execute Solutions portfolio—including Smart Production, Smart Materials, Jovix, iConstruct, Smart Construction, and Smart Completions. This customer-facing role combines deep industry knowledge with technology expertise to guide clients through solution evaluations, business process improvements, and strategic implementations. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and solution consulting teams to articulate value, shape opportunity strategies, and influence buying decisions. The Industry Consultant will work with the sales team to understand the customers business needs and develop an account strategy to achieve the desired outcomes. The Industry Consultant will understand and interpret the customer’s needs and propose a plan for application of Hexagon ALI solutions. Conducting evaluations and assessments of the customers’ business practices, work processes, and technical environments to make recommendations based on Hexagon ALI Solutions will also be a key factor in establishing a plan for the customer. The nature of this position requires in-depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and business processes of operations and projects in industrial facilities. Industry Consultants must have the ability to work independently but will also be part of a larger team focused on selling and delivering software solutions to the owner operator market. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to growing team in Doha, Qatar.

Minimum 8-10 years experience in Qatar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure all the Group policies and procedures are implemented properly, communicated to all staff, monitored regularly, adhered too in all instances and rolled out to any new employee.
- Where a policy or procedure is required but not yet developed, to develop such policy in the required format, obtain the necessary approvals and implement.
- To implement financial controls in the businesses which prevent misuse and misappropriation of funds or assets and inefficient cost control.
- Serve as a key member of the senior management team to develop operational and strategic business plans, forecasts and feasibility studies.
- Preparation of reports daily, weekly and monthly which include but are not limited to sales analysis, food and beverages cost reports, monthly management accounts.
- Preparation of annual budgets per business unit with quarterly updated rolling forecasts.
- Preparation and presentation of monthly Business Review Pack (BUR).
- Submission of a monthly Financial Manager’s report summarizing the performance of the businesses under your control, which includes a P&L, variance analysis against budget and forecast, balance sheet and cash flow, focus areas for the next month, control weaknesses and corrective actions.
- Management and control of all banking related transactions within the Hospitality Division.
- Daily cash flow monitoring and management which includes the management of payables.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations review and authorize.
- Preparation of accounts must be in line with IFRS.
- Overseeing and control of the purchasing department ensuring the right item is purchased at the most competitive price.
- Monitor supplier/customer agreements regarding respective revenue and cost associated with them.
- Use industry experience and initiative to identify areas for cost cutting and/or revenue improvement.
- Ensure all businesses and assets under your control are at all times properly insured through a reputable insurance company, claims are processed timely with appropriate.
- Risk management of assets, currency, credit and liquidity.
- Ensure that all IT systems are being used in accordance with the business requirements and proper segregation of duties is implemented. Systems in the Hospitality division currently include, Oasys, FMC, Micros, Sun Financials and Respack.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Strive to build a team culture by working together with the respective business and department heads in support of their strategies to achieve the business plan.
- Oversee the payroll preparation of the Hospitality Division.
- Serve as advisor to key management regarding strategic projects and operational requirements.
- Provide leadership to your finance team members and strive to be industry leading in terms of accuracy, quality, timings, execution and delivery.
- Developing and monitoring KPI’s and KPA’s for the finance staff.
- Foster a performance driven environment with quarterly staff performance reviews, identifying training needs and mentoring/coaching staff.
- Be familiar with the labour law and HR practices in the business and industry.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.)
- 8- 108 years minimum experience in Food & Beverage outlets
- Experience in working with Sun Financials, FMC, Micros
- Regional experience is preferred.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
