Hexagon s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Industry Consultant.
As a Senior Industry Consultant Execute Phase, you will play a key role within Hexagon ALI s EMIA Pre-Sales organization, reporting to the Director of Industry Consultants. Your primary focus will be to support customers in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation through Hexagon s Execute Solutions portfolio including Smart Production, Smart Materials, Jovix, iConstruct, Smart Construction, and Smart Completions.
This customer-facing role combines deep industry knowledge with technology expertise to guide clients through solution evaluations, business process improvements, and strategic implementations. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and solution consulting teams to articulate value, shape opportunity strategies, and influence buying decisions.
- The Industry Consultant will work with the sales team to understand the customers business needs and develop an account strategy to achieve the desired outcomes. The Industry Consultant will understand and interpret the customer s needs and propose a plan for application of Hexagon ALI solutions.
- Conducting evaluations and assessments of the customers business practices, work processes, and technical environments to make recommendations based on Hexagon ALI Solutions will also be a key factor in establishing a plan for the customer.
- The nature of this position requires in-depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and business processes of operations and projects in industrial facilities.
- Industry Consultants must have the ability to work independently but will also be part of a larger team focused on selling and delivering software solutions to the owner operator market.
- The Senior Industry Consultant will work with the customer to understand their business objectives, analyze and evaluate their needs and propose the end-to-end workflow and software that will satisfy those needs. They will lead all pre-sales requirements workshops that define the as is and to be work processes, and thoroughly document and communicate those requirements to the customer and Hexagon ALI teams. Develop cost benefit analysis, customer requirements definition, solution definition, standard solution demonstrations
- Provide feedback to influence the on-going product strategy.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the other regions pre-sales; sharing lessons learned and new strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record as a successful Industry Consultant or Business Development Consultant.
- Experience in Industrial Sales
- Good knowledge of and experience with developing and/or executing alarm management programs or similar operations management initiatives.
- Owner/Operator expertise and relationships in key markets and industries
- Strong understanding of business processes related to smart production, material tracking, construction management, or project execution, with experience advising on or implementing digital solutions in these areas.
- Engineering/Business degree or equivalent qualification

This role is responsible for the development of Self-service capabilities across the airline's digital channels to ensure the website continues to drive key digital KPIs. - Work with Product Manager to deliver the product strategy, vision, and roadmap

- Continuously improve the backlog with the team, ensure all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized
- Ensure the scrum team understands the required features and functionality to be delivered in each iteration
- Responsible for detailing features and user stories with acceptance criteria and acceptance tests
- Responsible to ensure business acceptance of features and user stories, this includes validating that the stories meet the acceptance criteria, persistent acceptance tests, and that they comply with the Definition of Done (DoD)
- Provide regular demos with the team ensuring the most critical aspects are shown and validated with the stakeholders
- Facilitate the iteration retrospectives and drive discussions on what can be improved to increase the velocity and quality
- Follow and partake in all the SAFe Agile product cadences including PO Sync, Sprint Planning and PI Planning representing the product area fully.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience working in product development or as a Product Owner

- Experience in handling transactional services on Amadeus and E-commerce manage my booking engine is desirable.

- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Amadeus APIs and services, ensuring robust integration with internal and third-party airline systems.

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion SCM/Order to Cash (O2C) Consultant, with a total experience of 7-10 years who can understand business requirements and other technical specifications, to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team.
**Key Profile Requirements**:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP SCM (Earlier called as E-Business Suite) with at least 5 years of experience in Fusion SCM
- Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Fusion SCM
- Experience of having a client facing role
- Good exposure in handling integrations and data conversion activities
- Experience in solution design and drafting functional specs and driving the solution
- Application configuration, test case preparation and execution
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
- Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion SCM modules like Product Management, Order Management Cloud, Pricing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Planning.
- Conduct CRP sessions, Participate in design reviews and discussions
- Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion SCM Modules like Product Management, Order Management Cloud, Pricing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Planning.
- Should be able to interpret functional requirements and able to deliver and design it from offshore
- Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion
- Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
- Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
- Prepare quality deliverables
- Prepare test scripts and test cases
- Conduct trainings
