Job Description

**Digital Marketing Manager**

Digital Marketing Manager is in charge of creating the marketing plan, social media plan and events calendar for the hotel’s online and offline marketing strategies. Responsible for the hotel’s F&B, Spa and wellness marketing activities on all channels. Also works closely with the graphic designer, content executive and liaise with the country teams for best practices and help with regional roll outs.

**What you will be doing**:

- Marketing:

- Developing & implementing revenue growth strategies for the hotel via online and offline marketing channels.
- Responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s 360° marketing strategy for rooms, F&B, fitness & wellness.
- Launch and execute marketing campaigns as per Marketing Plan.
- Continuously develop a brand presence in the marketing as well as new brand partnerships, collaborations.
- Developing and managing marketing budget throughout the year.
- Manage, prioritise and assign daily Marketing Executive’s, Graphic Designer’s tasks, overlook the execution and delivery within the given deadline.
- Provide content brief for Graphic designer and content approval
- Develop new creative ideas to enhance the product offering
- Overlook and ensure that all that all cross-departmental requests delivered and executed on time.
- In charge of any website content updates and overlook that all the information is up to date.
- Liaise with 3rd party outlets for any events or marketing activations.
- Perform any tasks requested directly by Regional General Manager.
- Prepare and submit reports and presentations for HQ and meetings with HQ.
- E-Commerce:

- Working together with e-commerce team in executing marketing campaigns, content development and right brand messaging.
- PR:

- Working closely with key local and international media, celebrities and influencers and seek out opportunities for collaborations.
- Work alongside Regional PR manager in defining hotel’s yearly PR strategy and monthly activations.
- Hosting media and influencer FAM trips.
- Define and select the right influencers for Rixos JBR in all key target markets.
- Other Functions**:

- Attend daily morning and management meetings
- Attend monthly PR agency meetings
- Manage and submit monthly departmental attendance
- Attend weekly regional marketing review meetings
- Attend weekly business review meetings
- Ensure that all marketing team members complete necessary training defined by HR
- Monitor and evaluate of team’s performance

- Leads external suppliers on the execution of digital, SEO & eCommerce plans to drive commercial performance, alignment with objectives of the business accross all departments
- Manages strategic direction on digital & ecommerce related areas.
- Monitors SEO, identifies opportunities and is responsible for development of strategy
- Manages Social Media platforms, reputation & campaigns
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback; effectively responds to and handles guest communication accross platforms.
