About the role

In this role, you will be responsible is to maintain database in MSD system used by QR Corporate Customer Care and record assignments/re-assignments of cases, which includes (but not limited to) GCEO/Executive Management escalations, Social Media posts, Skytrax posts etc. in a timely manner.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

Operational

  • Prioritise assignments and registration of Social Media posts including escalations for higher management ensuring the cases are communicated and actioned by concerned in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain a record of escalations for GCEO and Case Brief Reports (weekly) in a timely manner and identify, register and compile vital reports received through various internal channels and ensure availability for the department/management information.
  • Respond to on-board Medical Assistance forms to ensure such forms are complete in all aspects and perform routine checks on missing emails, cases and approvals and ensure all such information is kept available at all times.
  • Perform support related duties to run the department functions smoothly on a daily basis along with handling a wide variety of situations and tasks involving the administrative function of the office. Tactfully handle enquiries and/or refer to appropriate personnel/department.
  • Independently manage multiple tasks and assigned projects whilst respecting deadlines and simultaneously ensuring the integrity of all information and data.
  • Update or amend case detail fields as per email requests received from the case handlers to ensure accurate data is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain records of department assets in a timely, readily available and accurate manner.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Handle cases based on severity and respond to customers in a timely manner.
  • Correctly, use tools/systems provided for investigation to assist line manager with early case closures. Under line manager's guidance, apply knowledge and understanding of mandated aviation industry regulations and legal requirements during case handling.

C-17 Product Data Management Specialist

Boeing is hiring for a C-17 PDM specialist in Al-Udeid, Qatar.

Role Responsibilities:

  • The position requires the successful applicant to deal directly with the military customer at Al Udeid Air Base and its personnel on a daily basis.
  • The applicant must demonstrate the ability to adapt to a different cultural environment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • The applicant will verify that the customer logistics data management records received meet documented regulations and will coordinate with customers to resolve routine problems regarding data accuracy and data integrity.
  • The applicant will transcribe the customer data into the appropriate data systems. These systems will include the US Air Force FMxC2 system, C-17 Standard Flight Data Recorder, and C-17 engine Quick Access Recorder repositories.

Easy Plant (EP) is an in-house construction tool of Technip Energies, developed to support the management of the construction and to control site activities in order to reach a smooth, documented and structured plant hand-over to the client.
EP has been progressively developed and tested by T.En during the last 15 years since its launch. EP is today a valid support for prefabrication, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of either modularized or stick-build approaches.
