PROFILE • Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar subject, ideally with a master’s degree • 10 years’ minimum experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial position • Demonstrable experience managing infrastructure contracts, renewals, RFPs, and vendor governance • Strong track record managing NOC/SOC operations and IT operations in large, multi-site enterprises • Experienced in leading IT service desks and support functions • Certified and/or training in: ITIL Foundation/Intermediate, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Architect, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), and CISM, CISSP, or equivalent (advantage) • Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (networking, servers, cloud, data centres, CCTV, Wi-Fi, etc.) • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
