We are seeking a talented and adaptable 
Hair Stylist
 to join a
prestigious luxury 5 star hospitality
group based in 
Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in hair styling and grooming for
all client types
, with strong technical abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional services in a premium environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and grooming services for
    all client types
    .
  • Recommend hairstyles, treatments, and luxury haircare products based on individual guest needs and preferences.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas, in line with five-star service standards.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality services with attention to detail, elegance, and guest comfort.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through a professional and personalized service approach.
  • Keep up with the latest hair trends, techniques, and premium product innovations for both genders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of hairstyling experience catering to all client types within any luxury hotel and resorts.
  • Certificate or diploma in hairdressing, cosmetology, or related field is preferred.
  • Skilled in hair styling, grooming, and treatments for all client types, including short and long hairstyles.
  • Strong knowledge of high-end haircare products and techniques.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and confident in client interactions.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia (Visa & Tickets will be provided by the employer)
  • Open to applications from local and international candidates.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead, coach, and motivate the F&B team to consistently achieve service excellence and operational efficiency


• Manage the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring proper stock control, hygiene standards, and smooth workflow coordination


• Maintain superior food quality, presentation, and consistency in line with brand expectations


• Oversee departmental budgets, track costs, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth


• Respond promptly to guest feedback and special requests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty


• Develop and deliver staff training programs to strengthen performance and service delivery


• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and standard operating procedures


• Assist in planning and executing banquets, VIP events, and special functions to deliver memorable guest experiences

Requirements:


• 7–8 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Director with leading international luxury hotel brands


• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field


• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams


• Deep understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and guest service strategies


• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities


• Proven ability to maintain high service standards in fast-paced environments
