Responsibilities
- Assesses customers belongings/art work and property to provide an accurate quote and plan for your movements.
- Key duties include coordinating activities, managing supplies and logistics within the budgets, communicating with stake holders, and often working with partners and art galleries
- Should handle all key Accounts of International Moving
- System owner to maintain smooth operations of the newly established movers system.
- Providing monthly revenue report for marketing strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the client and participating parties like Transport group, Shipping lines, Origin agent and destination agents
- Ensure all documents are initiated appropriately for each move and in compliance with countries customs regulations.
- Review orders, production schedules, blue prints or shipping or receiving notices to determine work sequences and material shipping dates ,types,voulmes or production goals.
- Maintain communication through out the move process with customers, dispatch ware house, accounting ,claims ,sales person ,driver, other agents ,and anyone else who may involved in the move
- Maintain high quality standards according to FIDI FAIM standrads.
- Evaluate and prepare invoice for payments.

Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge on air, sea and land freight. Well versed with INCO terms, IATA, IMO and local Qatar Customs regulations.
- Well versed with Qatar Aviation Services airport and MWANI seaport handling processes.
- Informing local customers of all origin and local customs regulations.
- Verifying all shipping documents and ensuring they are in line with Qatar local regulations for import and advising the customer on the corrections if any.
- Coordinating shipment local clearance in Qatar between customs clearance team and customer.
